Medical Student Education

The Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine conducts two core courses for second-year medical students: General Systemic Pathology (508A, 508B, and 508C) and Clinical Pathology (509A). Both courses incorporate laboratory medicine and clinical pathology into the lectures, laboratories, and small group discussions. The Teaching Materials Web site for Pathology can be found at https://share.hs.uci.edu/sites/merlin/student. The site includes select teaching slides, core notes, and other administrative information. Use of this site requires a Health Sciences login and password and, therefore, is for internal use only.
