As part of the mission of the School of Medicine, the Pediatrics Department is dedicated
to the education of medical professionals.
Since its inception in 1965, the Department of
Pediatrics has offered an ACGME accredited pediatric training program which, in recent years,
has had one of the highest national pass rates.
We are also proud to sponsor several
post-graduate training programs in pediatric subspecialties including:
• Genetics
• Genetic Counseling
• Neonatology
• Neurology
• Pulmonology
