Annually, our residents and faculty spend three days in the mountain retreat of the Lake Arrowhead resort (http://www.laresort.com/) Residents are excused from all clinical duties and all conference related expenses are covered by the department. This retreat provides an ideal opportunity for residents and faculty to socialize, while fostering dialogue and interchange about our residency's mission; many residency improvements have resulted from this interchange.
