Note of Thanks from Co-chairs, Competency-Based Practice Implementation Task Force

Thanks To all the members of the Competency Based Practice Pilot Site Implementation Team:

We want to express our heartfelt thanks to each of you for your support and the good work you did as a member of the competency-based practice pilot site implementation team. Through your commitment and efforts we were able to develop and validate a model may be useful to others in trying to evaluate clinical
competencies. At the same time, we have identified some of the challenges we face when trying to validate competencies in very varied settings.

Thank you for sharing your time and expertise so willingly over the past two years. It has been a real pleasure to work with you. We look forward to seeing you at the Summit on September 13.

Arlene and Polly
