The Light Microscopy Facility 

 
Light microscopes produce images that can be analyzed quantitatively in either of two Image Analysis facilities, that include a variety of digital microscopes, scanners, high powered and fast computers and associated software for image processing.

Several microscopes are situated on vibration dampening tables and appropriate apparatus for intracellular injections of tracers or other compounds into single cells.
